If you’re looking to learn more about what it takes to buy a house, look no further than the Home Buyer and Seller Workshop coming up on February 26th from 6-8pm, presented by e-Merge Real Estate Crossroads.
Linda McKee shared some about the event that is coming up, an event that is geared towards informing both buyers and sellers.
“We’re going to have lenders here that will go over the different types of residential mortgages that you can apply for. We just want to get some information out there so that buyers and sellers can both know what to expect.”
Some of the different workshops involve learning about down payment options, no money down, what to expect as a first-time buyer, how to get the most money selling, how to buy before selling and so much more!
“I think it’s important [to have a workshop like this] because it’s a good way to educate the public about the entire process, from the beginning to end of buying a house.”
Sponsors and participants include The Savings Bank, Equity Resources, Inc, Home Service Plan of Ohio, Premier Property Inspections, LLC, Northwest Advantage Title Agency, Sharon Schall of S.A.S Consulting and Jeff Streitenberger – a former home inspector at F.Y.I Inspection Services, LLC.
The cool thing about this workshop? Outside of being informative and fun, it is also free! However, space is limited… so be sure to RSVP.
“We’re going to have some prizes to give away and things of that nature too.” Linda shared about the upcoming event.
The Buyers and Seller Workshop is on Tuesday, February 26th from 6-8pm at e-Merge Real Estate Crossroads located in Circleville, Ohio. Seats are limited, so be sure to RSVP by February 25th by calling 740-500-1234.

She’s spent most of her life in Circleville, Ohio – which has been a huge inspiration behind a lot of the locations, situations and ideas she has come up with for her different stories over the years.
Lauren enjoys using her writing to bring enlightening, encouraging and informative content to the Dimple Times – but outside of work, she also enjoys curling up with her cat to watch movies, read or simply to write for herself.
