Halloween costumes do change…and get stranger

Besides timeless classic Halloween costumes — witches, monsters, and the like, it’s fun to see what’s trending in any given year.

With that in mind, here are some ideas sure to pop up in 2019:

* Anything Stranger Things-related. The hit Netflix show has a suitably horrifying monster (the demogorgon) and a fun cast of characters. Undoubtedly, you’ll see Scoops Ahoy outfits, Slurpee-sipping scientists, fertilizer-nibbling grandmas, and Jazzercise outfits.

* Forky from Toy Story 4, the newest character in the series.
