SOUTH BLOOMFIELD, Ohio (DimpleTimes) – While Wendy’s rolls out breakfast to all of its locations on March 2, 2020, for those of us in the area we have had access to it for the past several months. According to one of the employees inside the South Bloomfield, Ohio location they were one of the test sites and have offered the breakfast for about a year. We decided to stop in and see what all the noise was about and wow, we were pleasantly surprised.
It was a tough choice, but we finally decided to go with the Breakfast Baconator Combo and The Bacon Egg & Swiss Croissant Combo. The Breakfast Baconator is their breakfast sandwich, and as the name pretty much explains, if you love bacon you will want to order this. Served on a roll with Grilled sausage and of course Applewood smoked bacon, it has a couple layers of American cheese, egg, and yes even more bacon, with a final layer of Swiss cheese sauce.
The Combo meals come with seasoned potato wedges and you have the option to get a fountain drink, orange juice or coffee. The Bacon Egg & Swiss Croissant is served on a flaky croissant with egg and Applewood smoked bacon covered with a creamy Swiss cheese sauce.

We also decided that we wanted to try their Frosty-cinno, so we ordered one made with their vanilla Frosty and one made with their chocolate Frosty. It was a nice twist to normal iced coffee, but it wasn’t super sweet like some specialty coffee drinks I have ordered. I think it was just right. If you aren’t normally a big breakfast eater you may feel a little full if you order a combo meal, but it was definitely worth it.
