A quick and easy pigs in a blanket recipe that will convince you never to pick up a frozen package again. Using instant mashed potatoes lightens up the dough. The hardest part about this recipe is rolling out the dough. Serve with mustard or ketchup for a weekend lunch or simple weeknight meal. This recipe uses hot dogs, but you could easily substitute with little smokies if you’re looking for an appetizer. Your family will love these!
- 1 pkg hot dogs
- 2 & 1/4 c all-purpose baking mix
- 2/3 c milk
- 3/4 c prepared instant mashed potatoes
