Search for the rainbow during life’s downpours

In the midst of the downpours of life it may be difficult to see the lovely rainbow that is off in the distance. Often times the storm clouds will surround you, and it also becomes easy to forget that the sun is still shining on the other side of those storm clouds and the distant rainbow. During these times search for the rainbow and don’t forget that the sun is still in fact shining, even if it isn’t visible in your life right now.

No matter your circumstances in life. No matter how hard the downpour of hardships may be hitting you, hang in there. Even after you feel like you’ve gone underwater, don’t give up. Push on. Reach for the beauty of that rainbow and embrace the warmth of the sun that is hidden behind those storm clouds. You see, while the storm may feel overpowering now, that downpour is what brings about more life, hope, joy, warmth and yes, even more growth.
