Find somewhere new to work

If you aren’t working well at home, then be sure to look for somewhere else to work. There are a number of coworking spaces that you can join that are great for getting out of the house and also meeting new people. It can be tricky if you don’t see anyone all day to feel motivated, but this is a good way to have conversation and feel better mentally. Get out of the house

Make sure you get fresh air throughout the day to stay motivated.
