Happy Tummy Chicken & Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 stick Tillamook, unsalted butter
- 2 stalk celery, diced
- 1 lg carrots, diced
- 1/2 sm onion, diced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic or to taste
- 5 can chicken broth (14.5 oz each; Swanson low salt 99% fat-free)
- 1 lg cooked chicken off the bone and chopped to bite size pieces
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp ground pepper
- 1 sprig dried bay leaf
- 2 tsp chopped fresh or dried parsley
- 4 Tbsp Argo corn starch, mixed with 1/2 c. – 3/4 c. cold water in a bowl
- 2 bag frozen Reames egg noodles (24 oz each)
