Blackened Tilapia Baja Tacos
Ingredients
- 1/4 c sour cream, reduced fat
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 c white onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 4 tilapia fillets, 6 oz each
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 8 6-inch corn tortillas
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, thinly sliced
- 4 lime wedges
