- 1/4 c strong black coffee, cold or room temperature
- 1/4 c bourbon
- 3 Tbsp dark molasses
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh black pepper
