Oven Baked Pork Chops

Easy and flavorful, these oven baked pork chops are going to become a family favorite. Quick to prepare, they’re fork-tender and super juicy. We love how the mushroom gravy complements the savory flavor of the pork chops. A great addition to your weeknight menu.
Ingredients
- 3 – 4 bone-in pork chops – about 3/4 inch thick
- 1 can mushroom creamed soup (10.5 oz)
- 1/2 can water (use the empty soup can)
- 1 md yellow onion, sliced
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- salt & pepper, to taste
