Giblet Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 c turkey or chicken giblets
- 2 c turkey or chicken livers
- 3 box chicken stock
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1/4 c white vinegar
- 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste
