Crispy Sticky Oven Hot Wings

These are classic Buffalo wings you’d get in a wing joint. They’re super crispy and simple to make. Coated in traditional butter and Buffalo sauce with fantastic seasoning, dunk them in your favorite dressing to mellow the heat a bit. Perfect for any occasion, but trust us when we say you won’t be able to stop eating them until they’re gone.
Ingredients
- 3 lb uncooked chicken wing sections
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c Louisiana hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- blue cheese or ranch dressing, for dipping
