Spinach and Strawberry Salad

The plump, sweet strawberries make this salad a real pleasure… for both the eyes and the taste buds! It’s a simple salad that has tons of flavor. The homemade poppyseed dressing is sweet with a hint of tartness. We think even the pickiest of kids will love this spinach and strawberry salad.
Ingredients
- 4 c sliced strawberries
- 2 bunch spinach, rinsed and torn into bite size pieces
- 1/4 c walnut halves or pecans
- DRESSING
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 c white wine vinegar
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
