White Chocolate Pie

A creamy no-bake pie that’ll cool you off all summer long. The white chocolate flavor is very light. You can use a store-bought graham cracker crust, but we used Betty’s easy homemade crust. It’s crunchy and a delicious vessel for the creamy filling. We suggest topping with white chocolate chips and a drizzle of your favorite chocolate sauce for a wonderful summertime no-bake dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c graham crackers crumbled or buy store-bought crumbs
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 7 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
- 2 c milk
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
- 2 box instant Jell-O white chocolate pudding mix (3.3 oz each)
- 1 pkg Cool Whip, thawed (8 oz)
