Chipotle hasn’t added a new choice of meat to their menu for a few years now, the last thing being their Chorizo. Since then, most of us were pretty content with choosing between steak or chicken in our burritos, tacos, salads, and burrito bowls.
That was until Chipotle announced their latest addition – the Carne Asada.
The Carne Asada is nothing at all like the other meats offered at the restaurant. If I’m going to be perfectly honest, it will make you question if you even want to go back to their other choices.
It’s comparable to a juicy, flavor-infused and fresh piece of steak that you would honestly expect to bite into at a steak house – which is what makes it a nice addition to your usual choice meal.
Even though it is placed on top of a fresh, warm bed of brown or white rice, black or pinto beans, your choice of salsa, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce – you can still pick out the delectable flavor that is the Carne Asada.
However, you shouldn’t waste time – as the Carne Asada is only available for a limited time. Thankfully, due to their popularity, it sounds like that they are planning on keeping it through to the end of the year, if not – through the first part of next year.
