Companies need to treat their customers well. If they don’t, they risk losing them to a rival. But knowing exactly how you should engage with your audience is a little tricky. Often the people buying from you are annoyingly silent about what they want. Even when they send them surveys via email, they still don’t tell you what you need to improve.

Don’t worry, though; we’ve got some answers here for you. We’ve done the leg work so you can put these perks into practice, the moment you get an opportunity to do so.

Branded Swag

Customers rarely ask for branded swag, but deep down, they all want it. Having a t-shirt, mug, or cap with your company logo on it might seem gimmicky, but it can make a big difference to how clients perceive you. Suddenly, you go from cool-headed business partner to somebody sending them gifts – and that utterly changes the psychology.

The sending of branded swag can turn customers and client companies into brand ambassadors. Now that they have items from your company, they can take them around with them, showing them off to whoever is interested.

Payments Via Phone

Believe it or not, customers want to be able to pay you quickly. They hate having to remember to bring the right coinage with them. They want to be able to make transactions there and then.

The good news is that you can now take payments from your phone. You just download a merchant app and then use your device’s connectivity functions to communicate with other digital payment methods. Getting paid is as simple as whipping your phone out of your pocket, clicking the “accept payment” option so long as you have a connection to the internet. It makes life easier for all parties involved.

Customers want to feel as though you really care about them. For that reason, they love it when you offer exclusive discounts only for people who subscribe or buy a certain amount of your products. It shows that you value their custom and are willing to reward them for their active participation in your enterprise.

Remembering Their Birthdays

What is the main reason companies ask people for their date of birth? Mainly, it is to find out so that they can refer to it in their marketing materials. It’s a kind of personalization.

It turns out that offering free items or promotions on a person’s birthday is a powerful way to drive spending and increase loyalty. Yes, you have to automate the process, but it is often most welcome for recipients.

Free Tutorials And Information

As a company, you have tremendous expertise in your industry. Nobody is in a better position than you to speak authoritatively on specific topics.

Customers love it when you provide them with informative content. It provides them with a helpful entryway into the kind of value that your firm can offer. Often, when you invest in your customers’ knowledge base, they invest in your right back, going to your first when they want to solve a problem.
