The presentation of the food is spectacular, making your mouth water from the second it is sat before you, which was evident from the second they sat our Italian sub specials before us.

The sandwich has a crisp exterior on the bread and a soft, fluffy interior with a tender texture from the meat and vegetables. Served with a perfect amount of Italian dressing, it is the perfect quantity of meat and vegetables. The meal is reasonably priced, filling, and satisfying.
Blades Pizza Italian sub comes served on a 9” split top Hearth sub bun with provolone cheese, a special pepperoni, ham, paired with hot pepper, tomato, onions, lettuce, and Marzetti Italian dressing.
According to Katherine Blades, owner of Blades Pizza, while it may sound just like any other Italian sub, there are some key differences in both the flavor and price that make it different than any other Italian sub out there.
“We portion our items out. So, you’re still getting a good product but you know we’re also not overcharging. I noticed a lot of other places, they do charge a lot more,” Katherine explained, going on to add: “Now we don’t do salami. I’ve noticed a lot of other people use salami on their Italian subs but we do not, but we portion it correctly I feel like, and you know we give people the correct portion with the correct pricing. And I think it’s a quality product.”
You can support Blades Pizza through dining in, carryout, or delivery. Free ice cream is available with every dine-in meal, and one bowl or cone with carryout. While keeping a lot of their great menu items that people already know and love, Katherine explained that Blades Pizza will also be expanding their menu by adding gluten-free items, as well as looking into more options for larger sizes for cauliflower crusts, and new, exciting appetizers. Some of them will start rolling out as soon as next week, with more new items being added over the next few weeks.
