Steadily it counts down,
ticking along with nature�s hand
guiding our steps through each and every sunset.
The moment we gain wisdom,
it gradually transcends from a snail�s pace
to a cheetah with leaps and bounds.
Leaving us to recall yesterday,
as we rush to complete our goals
before the window of time closes.
