“With the new day comes new strengths and new thoughts.”
– Eleanor Roosevelt
Everyone has been stressed, feeling down, and wondering what the future holds. With the COVID-19 virus and people self-isolating, not being able to see their loved ones, losing their jobs, and worrying about their bills… We need to remember that a new day will dawn and it’s only temporary. These are the times that we need to pull our inner strength and do positive things such as make phone calls to check on family, check on your neighbors, and help someone that is down and out. You can take food to someone that is elderly, pick up their medication, go to the store, and do yard work for them. Keep yourself healthy, wash your hands often, eat properly, and get enough rest. Each day when you get up and out of bed. Think to yourself, “What positive thing can I do to help someone, or can I do something that I put off that I can do to make myself and others feel better?” Just remember with the new day there are new strengths, thoughts, and responsibilities towards yourself and others. Please remember we are all in this together and pray for one another.
Turn your strengths into positives!!
