COVID-19 has impacted a lot of people in a bunch of ways! But people have been asking, “How has it impacted my life and how do you get back together?” The answer is very simple. When COVID hit I did, unfortunately, lose my job because of it. Trying to be in quarantine while also trying to maintain an active lifestyle is never going to be easy. For several months I was not able to do much. Until recently when I wanted to try new things like yoga, trying out new ways to stay active, and trying ways to stay motivated. Overall the lesson to learn from all of this is to never give up, focus on your own life and set new goals and opportunities for yourself, and most importantly. Look out for yourself and each other.
