You don’t want to be the person that is constantly worrying so training them yourself is the best solution. Instead of panicking all the time, you will know that you have trained them well and that they will succeed in what they do.
For example, if they don’t know how to use an air compressor blow gun but this is essential to the service that you provide, they aren’t going to get very far. Of course, this should never happen as they should have been previously trained, but you truly never know until it comes down to it.

Finally, if you invest your time in your employees, they are going to invest in you in return. What we mean by this is that as long as there is opportunity for growth, if you take your time to train them, they are going to stick with you for a long time to come. Loyalty is important in business, and if you show it to them, they will return it. Training them personally brings about a special bond and trust between you.
