Wash your hands
On the back of the wearing a mask point comes the washing your hands point. As a society, we are not that great at washing our hands. We really should wash our hands when we come back into our homes and before mealtimes. But, a large percentage of people don’t do this and then wonder why they are sick. Wash your hands for around 30 seconds with warm water and soap to help remove germs and any nasties that might make you ill.
Take your vitamins
When it comes to your diet, are you getting the right amount of good stuff from your food? There is a chance that your diet lacks the necessary vitamins and minerals to help your body fight off infections. If you can, invest in an easy to take multi-vitamin to help boost your immune system. There are other things that you can take such as local honey and special anti-virus syrups that can help to stop the common cold from attacking you.
