With a menu offering a variety of pizzas, subs, pasta, and salads – there is something for everyone to enjoy at Cardo’s!
To get a good idea on the variety that they had, we ordered one of their extra small pepperoni pizzas, their cheese ravioli (which comes with a side salad and a garlic roll) and one of their gondola subs.
The first thing we tried was their pepperoni pizza, which was topped with the perfect amount of cheese, sauce and pepperonis served to us fresh and piping hot. My favorite thing about it had to be the thin crust – which allowed you to taste more of the toppings.
Their Gondola Sub featured ham, cheese, pepperoni, tomato, onion, lettuce, hot pepper and Italian stacked between two slices of crispy French roll.
The cheese ravioli was covered in a hefty amount of cheese and sauce – neither one of those things took away from the cheese within the ravioli itself. Complimenting each other, the ravioli was the perfect amount of cheesy and filling. The garlic roll went along well with the ravioli but was buttery and crispy enough that on its own it was enjoyable.
I was pleasantly full and could not find room to eat my side salad. The side salad was a decent size, perfect for a meal all on its own. Green lettuce topped with cheese, pepperonis, and Italian dressing. It is definitely a salad I would go back to order all on its own.
Cardo’s Pizza is a great place to dine-in, or pick up to take on the go! They have a couple of TVs sat up for customers to enjoy some sports and a decent sized dining area to host families, friends and more.
