75 years ago this past August, World War II came to a successful end for the United States and our Allies. For six long years war ravaged the entire world. No one escaped the effects of the global conflict.
Now two players can refight the entire war in 30 minutes. Players are able to refight the entire war several times in one evening. Blitzkrieg! Is a quick simple wargame for those gamers looking to see what wargames are all about.
The two players assume the roles of the Allies and Axis in the war and “fight” over the various theaters that the war coursed of the 6 years. Drawing your fighting units out of a bag will ensure endless variety in your games. Did you draw numerous naval fleets and focus on the Pacific Theater or take a run at Africa and the Middle East with your high-powered armored tank units you drew.

There are two or three campaigns in each major theater that saw action in the war to pace your fighting units. At the conclusion of each campaign totals are calculated the side with the higher total wins the victory points for that campaign. Win the game with 25 victory points.
Due to the short playing time we will usually play the game twice switching sides and then totaling the victory points for both games for the overall victor for the evening of gaming.
You do not have to know the history of WWII, to play the game. Playing the game just might spark your curiosity in the military history of this great country and spark a lifetime of fun of gaming the famous battles throughout history.
